We’re really glad you’re coming to visit us. If you’re new to the area (or new to church), you’ll be warmly welcomed on Sunday at St James Church Gatley — there’s no pressure and no “right way” to do things.

Come as you are: casual dress is fine.
Friendly atmosphere: Expect a mixture of traditional and contemporary styles of worship with a screen showing all the words and songs.
Helpful teaching: Our sermons are designed to be clear and relevant.
Kids and families: If you’re bringing children, you’ll find spaces and activities suitable for them.

We want everyone to feel comfortable. Our space and services offer:
Step-free access for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.
An induction loop system for hearing aid users.
Large print service sheets and hymn books.
Accessible toilets located in the Hall.

There is some parking available at the side of the church and further parking on the surrounding roads and on the car park on Church Road where there are EV charging points.
We are also handy for the local buses and trains.
